How do I get a refund or manage a subscription?
Purchases are handled by Apple or Google. Manage them in the store account that paid. This website does not take payment and cannot refund a store purchase.
Why might the catalogue differ from the installed app?
The text on an app page is taken from the store listing, including its price and update date. The copy installed on a phone can move ahead of, or behind, that listing.
Does the website privacy notice cover an app?
No. The privacy and terms pages on this site cover alilou.uk only. When a store listing included its own privacy or terms link, that link is on the app’s catalogue page.
Is the catalogue available in other languages?
The website is in English. A store description is shown in Arabic when Arabic is the language of that listing.
